  • Returns are accepted for store credit or exchange only – we do not offer full refunds.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind after 7 days.
  • Store credit does not expire and can be used for future purchases.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • Include photos and your order number.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using tracked postage for all returns.
