1. Pickup Option

• Customers may pick up their orders by appointment from our warehouse: 📍 93A Heatherdale Rd, Ringwood VIC 3134
• Please note this location is a warehouse, not a showroom.
• Pickup is available Monday to Saturday by appointment only.

2. Local Delivery

• We offer local delivery every Wednesday for orders placed by Tuesday 6:00pm.
• Local delivery is available within a 50 km radius from either of our two locations in Ringwood and Bendigo.

Delivery Fees:

• 0–30 km: $30 flat rate
• 30–40 km: $40 flat rate
• 40–50 km: $50 flat rate

3. Delivery Process

• Deliveries are usually made between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM on Wednesdays.
• A confirmation email with delivery timing will be sent after order placement.
• Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

4. Delays and Delivery Issues

• While we strive to meet our delivery schedule, unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
• We will notify you as soon as possible if a delay occurs.
• Alpha AV Store is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
